I had a phone consultation with Fiona about a remortgage, she was really helpful and friendly and following the call kept in email contact. The process has been easy and I would recommend contacting the company for support and advice with your mortgage.

We used this mortgage broker for the first time. We bought our first home over 15 years ago when we were young and my wife was pregnant. We didn’t want to rent so bought a cheap first home. We never moved because the ease of just “cracking on with life” in the home we had. Eventually we just bit the bullet and decided we needed a bigger home with now two children. We heard about this service through our jobs and what can I say, the service has been impeccable. I hear horror stories of people not hearing from all the different companies you are in contact with when buying a new home. This is something we just simply have NOT experienced with this company. We started the process with Dan Dawkin, he is unreal. Always there to answer any questions. Even later on in the day when you do expect someone to answer questions. We then moved to Andy Holden when the application process started. As unreal ans Dan, again kept us up to date. Even when he hadn’t heard anything he would update us to explain where we were in the process. Buying a house is complicated. Very complicated. And very expensive but Andy and Dan took any stress out of that. Exemplary service which is second to none. Honestly everybody, if you’re scratching your head on what to do or where to start, baring in mind how little experience we had in buying a house, look no further. This is the mortgage advisor service you need. I want to say a personal thank you to the Mortgage Hut, Dan and Andy. You helped us secure our dream home. I never ever thought I would be in this position but here I am, and all of you out there can be too. Go on, do it! You will never ever look back. Well done Mortgage Hut and well done Dan and Andy. I’m updating my review as although it remains at 5 stars, I have so much more to add now since completing and moving! From the first time I spoke to David, I felt that he really wanted to help. Our mortgage was so complicated and I had other advisors give me a flat out no before speaking to David. Other advisors literally had no interest in even trying to help. David worked tirelessly to help us get a mortgage and there were multiple times when we thought we had a lender but they fell through for one reason or another. I dreaded answering the phone to David at times incase he was ready to give up but he never did. We owe everything to David. We were served a Section 21 last June and it was one of the most stressful times of our lives. After being unable to find another rental, we changed course and began our journey to buy. Throughout the mortgage application process, I knew that David likely had a stack of much easier applications on his desk. Ours was so complicated and the process was painful but David never gave up and thanks to him, we collected the keys to our first purchased home together in February of this year. We are forever grateful to David and The Mortgage Hut. I don’t know where we would be right now without him and his determination. Initial Review: I highly recommend David. He has been very helpful. I had previously spoken to a couple of mortgage advisors prior to speaking to David and I didn’t continue with either of them after the initial consultation. Our mortgage is very complicated but I right away felt that David genuinely wanted to help. And I feel assured that he is trying hard to help us and has our best interests at heart.
