⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my initial telephone appointment with Emma Tribe today and came away feeling so much more positive than I did before the call. Emma was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood all of the options available to me. What really stood out was how genuine and caring she was. Rather than just looking at the facts on paper, she listened to my circumstances, understood my situation and made me feel like I was being treated as a person, not just another client. That meant a lot. She was honest, supportive and gave me some really helpful advice, and by the end of the call I felt much more informed and hopeful about the next steps. Thank you, Emma, for making what could have been a very stressful conversation such a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

Following our discussion with Sharon Davies, Mortgage & Protection Specialist, she helped us understand the full remortgage process and the options available for changing our mortgage to joint ownership. We now have a much clearer understanding of the procedures, including adding a joint owner and joint borrower, removing the guarantor, and the available remortgage options.
I have had an initial conversation with Suzanne who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout. I have quite a complex case when trying to get a mortgage and she was reassuring. We are still awaiting the outcome but we remain hopeful that Suzanne can pull it out the bag!

I am a nhs worker and they have waived their fee which is much appreciated. David has been great and in a few days got us a AIP. Dan and Andy were absolutely fantastic. We used them for our first house purchase. Both were so friendly, helpful and understanding when we had no clue what we were doing. Dan was with us the whole way through from start to finish and the service was second to none. Andy helped later on down the line when our mortgage application was submitted and kept us updated, this was a great addition. Would highly recommend.
David To was our case handler and was phenomenal both times we’ve had to re mortgage, he explained everything to us in depth and anything we weren’t sure on he guided us through the process, was always able to all back if we had a problem. Shona and Hayley from the post offer team couldn’t have done any more to help us through this process for the second time, communication was clear and concise every time we made contact. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing mortgage advice and services.
