Can't recommend Elliott Murtagh and his team highly enough. Elliott has been looking after all of our mortgage needs since 2019, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. He initially helped us get onto the property ladder and has since helped us through several remortgages, always making the process straightforward and stress-free. Most recently, Elliott helped us secure a mortgage to move into our new home. With one of us being self-employed, our circumstances made things a little more complicated than usual, but Elliott knew exactly what he was doing and worked hard to find the right solution for us. I have had the most wonderful service from Natasha, Nichola and Becca. All of my questions and concerns have been dealt with quickly and each time they have reassured me that things are ok. I have tried to go through the process with a different firm 5 years ago and everything fell apart, that was one of the most stressful times. The other company told me I couldn't borrow the money I needed to buy a reasonable house. On this occasion I planned to get a shared ownership house as I am 5 years older now. Natasha quickly ran some sums and told me that I could borrow over twice what the other company offered. Then she linked me in with a solicitor firm that was £200-£400 cheaper than any local firm and sorted me out with a surveyor who sorted out the level 2 survey in less than a week. Big thanks to you all, once this all goes through, you have truly changed our lives for the better.

We now have a much clearer understanding of the procedures, including adding a joint owner and joint borrower, removing the guarantor, and the available remortgage options.

I have had an initial conversation with Suzanne who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout. I have quite a complex case when trying to get a mortgage and she was reassuring. We are still awaiting the outcome but we remain hopeful that Suzanne can pull it out the bag!
