Amy Flanagan arranged our mortgage five years ago, and because she was so friendly and efficient, we had no hesitation in returning to her when we needed to re-mortgage this year. Once again, the service we received was exceptional—warm, approachable, highly efficient, and proactive in keeping us updated at every stage. After our offer was secured, we were introduced to Amy’s assistant, Nichola Sherar, who continued to provide the same outstanding level of service and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to use Amy and Nichola’s services again and would highly recommend them both.
David To was my mortgage Broker, he thoroughly answered every question i had and ensured I understood what was going on. It was my first time dealing with a mortgage and he went above and beyond my expectations. I spoke to over 10 different brokers over 6 months and by far he was the one that helped the most and worked the hardest to get me a deal and had my best interests at heart. Cannot thank or recommend him and the firm enough. This company deserves more recognition. Second time dealing with Daniel, and just as good as the first time. First time was when I was buying my first house, and he had all the time in the world for the thousand questions I asked him. Explains everything clearly and concisely, and always goes the extra mile. Will be using him for all further mortgages and remortgages in the future.
