I received an impeccable level of service from Nicola Sherer and Oliver Regester, I was kept up to date with the whole process, even to the point the estate agents were contacted and updated as an additional level of curtesy. I can’t recommend the mortgage hut enough, this was the third time of using their service , but I have to say Nicola and Oliver are exceptional. They were kind empathetic and understanding, they scrutinised our current mortgage and rate and we discussed options, the process was based on us and our needs, something you don’t get from other advisors. This whole process the stress was taken away from us and we can’t thank you enough xxxx

Despite the outcome not being what I wanted and missing out on my house, Daisy really helped me through the mortgage process. As a first time buyer it is all new to me but it was explained clearly and I was helped every step of the way. The Morgage Hut have been brilliant. I dealt with Suzanne and Nichola who were able to find me a morgage suitible for a 1st time buyer through the affordble Housing Scheme. Other Brokers I had tried were unable to assist due to council requirments but Nichola and Suzanne were able to help. They kept me updated throughout the process and assisted with any enquires I had. They were also able to waive the broker fee due to my partner working for the NHS. Highly recommended.
After being misadvised by another mortgage advisor and bought a house from auction costing me £7750 I was at the stage of having to pull out the sale and would have lost the money as it was non refundable. After a few sleepless nights I found The Mortgage Hut online and reached out to them to see if anything could be done regarding getting a mortgage. My advisor was Emma Tribes and to say she is amazing not only did she manage to get me a mortgage the repayments was cheaper and overall the deal was better for me. Her professional attitude and positivity and most import of all her hard work was incredible making the journey less stressful. The Lady I spoke with, Emma Tribe: -polite, explained how the mortgage process working, acknowledged, providing proper informations, listening to my questions(a very rare quality), I do have some medical issues and wasnt able to keep the phone call going on for long. I still have some questions to ask but I am very sure, she will answer to my requests in the future appointments and clarify my lack of knowlwdge. Was very pleased for service she provide.
I had my initial fact-finding call with Daniel Dawkins, and he was very accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable the entire call. We were in a bit of a tight timeline and so there was a bit of an urgency on our end, with everything being a bit short-noticed. But Daniel sensed this and immediately understood, and communicated the right things that we were looking to hear and know, on top of every other detail that were just as important. This was my first time engaging with a mortgage advisor and I'm not usually very good with these types of phone calls, but Daniel made sure I was properly guided all throughout. He did not make me feel embarrassed or stupid at all for asking questions, which I appreciate. Felt we were in good hands all throught. 5/5 would recommend.
