Property Market in Norwich

Norwich is a growing city due to the University, research park and large companies such as Aviva and Virgin Money. With is historic cathedral, castle and medieval streets, the city’s housing stock is full of period properties. There is however an increase for new-build, with a new development of 66 one and two bedroom apartments in the town centre. 

Most property sales in Norwich over the past year were terraced properties, which sold for £205,900 on average. House prices were 7% up from the previous year, making the overall average property price £225,592.
