Chris founded The Mortgage Hut in 2011 following a career in Stockbroking and latterly as a bank manager for Natwest/Royal Bank of Scotland

His colleagues would describe him as customer centric, Chris grew The Mortgage Hut to become an award winning brokerage focused on giving his clients the best experience possible.

Chris' main responsibilities in the business is overseeing our marketing, business development and technology functions.

Nicola worked in banking after she left school but her sense of adventure steered her into a role for British Airways as cabin crew. 

Her colleagues quickly realised that Nicola’s niche knowledge could help them get a mortgage with their unpredictable incomes. After 5 years of flying and studying for her CeMap at 37,000ft, Nicola joined The Mortgage Hut team and took over as MD when Founder Chris was head-hunted for a role in Dubai.

Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus is an absolute must on a playlist for Nicola, who can be found at her desk helping those who might otherwise be unable to find a mortgage.

Difficult challenges do little to waiver Giacomo’s vision for success. As Operations Director, he co-ordinates the internal structure of The Mortgage Hut helping the company to continually push forward and adapt to meet the ever changing demands of the modern mortgage industry.

Working across the globe in varied roles has developed his expansive knowledge which has helped so many who previously believed they couldn’t buy a home. His advice for borrowers is simple; learn how to improve your credit rating.

Gill goes above and beyond and consistently multi-tasks to ensure the smooth running of our Managing Director Nicola’s week. Her ability to foresee future problems and plan accordingly makes Gill an irreplaceable member of the team and many describe her as caring, kind hearted and warm.

Gill has 13 years of experience in estate agency and consequently she has a fantastic catalogue of knowledge which she has brought to the business.

Amy is an accomplished Mortgage and Protection Advisor at The Mortgage Hut, where she guides clients through expert advice and personalised solutions to secure their financial well-being. She considers obtaining her protection licence and achieving a passing grade on her initial check as one of her best achievements in her role to date.

Her dedication to her current position is influenced by prior roles as a Mortgage Administrator and a Mortgage Advisor in different organisations. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Amy enjoys a balanced life outside work through reading, gaming, and spending quality time with family and friends. She has earned several professional training certifications, including a CeMAP qualification.

Bob has impressive experience within many aspects of the mortgage industry, allowing him to provide expert consultancy that can be depended on by all who seek his advice.

Bob specialises in both the residential and buy-to-let market sectors here at The Mortgage Hut and was one of the first advisors to join our team way back in 2011 when we started.

Being the first point of contact for the business is a responsibility that Billy excels in. He is easy to talk to and anyone contacting The Mortgage Hut gets a big, warm welcome with reassurance that their next steps will be clear soon.

No two people are the same and part of Billy’s job is to listen to people asking for mortgage advice, pay attention to the little details, and find the right mortgage broker within our team to get them the outcome they need.

Egypt is a must for Billy who craves a physical challenge, preferably outdoors.

Elliot puts his family at the heart of everything he does which is why he makes for such a personable consultant. His daughter’s smile always makes his day better but crisps will always go down well too! 

Elliot used to work as a financial advisor but his experience and love for helping people get a home led him into mortgage consultancy. If you’re looking for a mortgage, his advice is simple; Check your credit, organise your documents and give him a call.

Jacky brings joy to the office with her love of lights, glitter and music. Her zest for happiness, determination to help people and experience within the many aspects of the mortgage process are just a few of the reasons why Jacky is one of our most sought after advisors.

Arun is a Mortgage and Protection Advisor at The Mortgage Hut where he offers invaluable tailored recommendations to clients regarding their mortgage and protection needs. Prior to joining TMH, he gained his industry experience from Connells and Natwest.


He enjoys playing football and badminton, hiking and travelling to explore new destinations.
He considers his fluency in Punjabi as an asset since he can effectively engage with a diverse clientele, fostering easier and more meaningful connections with them.

David To is a dedicated Mortgage and Protection Advisor at The Mortgage Hut, a role he previously assumed at Countrywide. In his current role, his responsibility centres around providing customers with the best possible mortgage and protection advice tailored to their specific needs. 

He is proud of helping clients realise their dreams of becoming homeowners, particularly those who have previously been turned away by other advisors.

David holds CII CF1 and CF6 certifications, as well as the CII Level 3 qualification in Mortgage Advice. He's a devoted Arsenal fan and enjoys following the team's journey.

Jack is a Mortgage and Protection Adviser at The Mortgage Hut, with CeMAP and CeRER certifications. His primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive mortgage and protection advice to all of his clients. 


Jack's previous role as a Mortgage Adviser for a specialist firm has uniquely positioned him to excel in providing clients with the extra level of help and support they may require, especially for specialised solutions.

He finds fulfilment in helping his clients achieve their goals, whether securing their dream home or protecting their financial future. Beyond his professional endeavours, Jack enjoys playing football and playing video games.

Jessica is a Mortgage and Protection Specialist at The Mortgage Hut where advises clients on their mortgage and protection needs to facilitate their home buying journey while safeguarding against associated risks. 


She began her career in financial services as an administrator in 2014, working with mortgages, protection, pensions, and investments. Her progression to GI and later to mortgage and protection advising showcased her relentless drive for professional growth. Her experience in estate agency roles also granted her management expertise, making her an asset in branch team management and lead generation training.

She enjoys the tranquillity of dog walks and hikes in the beautiful Welsh countryside, and finds solace in the company of a good book and a well-deserved glass of red wine. 

She holds a BA (Hons) in Business as well as CII Level 3 qualification in Mortgage Advice and Equity Release (Cert CII MP & ER) and is actively working toward Level 4 in Advanced Mortgage Advice. 

Kieren had ambitions of becoming a lawyer but decided to use his communication skills to negotiate mortgage deals, helping people buy their forever homes.

He uses his creativity to make a positive impact on his client’s lives because he knows all too well from his experience within banking, just how important it is to secure the right type of mortgage with affordable payments. 

First-time buyers and those looking to move to their next home feel reassured by Kieren’s calming presence and his ability to plan. His advice? Start your search as early as possible with a broker so you know what you’re working towards.

A sandy beach in the sun motivates Natasha but it’s her daughter’s smile that really drives her determination. 

Her career has taken her into a range of roles within fraud investigation, financial advice and mortgage consultancy. This wealth of knowledge combined with her caring nature and ability to find solutions, is precisely why she makes such a stellar advisor.

Natasha loves the buzz that comes with helping people, especially those who are convinced they can’t buy a home. 

Kiran is an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Specialist who likes to think outside the box when helping her clients find an affordable mortgage. Keith is a seasoned Mortgage and Protection Advisor at The Mortgage Hut, with a background spanning 21 years at Nationwide. His primary responsibilities revolve around providing expert advice to clients regarding mortgages and protection.


His transition from being a sole provider to embracing the whole-of-market approach at TMH has broadened his perspective on the diverse opportunities available to customers through different lenders.

He enjoys a weekly five-a-side football game, passionately supports the Southampton Football Club, and actively participates in his children's hobbies. Keith earned CeMAP and CeRER certifications. 

An early morning run in the North Dorset countryside sets family man Oliver up for the day.

Oliver is organised, goal-orientated, and is a meticulous planner. This skill set makes for a dependable advisor but what makes him such an asset to The Mortgage Hut, is his experience within financial protection.

His time as a Mortgage and Protection adviser has affirmed his enthusiasm for finding people the right level of protection, whether that be for their mortgage, income, or life.

Luke is a Mortgage and Protection Advisor at The Mortgage Hut. He is responsible for researching and devising tailored mortgage solutions for clients, and arranging protection policies for financial security in conjunction with clients' mortgage commitments.


One of Luke's best achievements in TMH is his success in arranging a mortgage with a prominent building society for a client who was on an individual voluntary arrangement (IVA) three years prior. This was accomplished without requiring a specialised lender. 

He likes to spend his spare time in the gym, attend live music events, and relish in the convivial ambiance of local pubs.

Daniel’s determination to skydive stems from his love of the skies and his daredevil nature, that has so far swayed him to ride rollercoasters, abseil cliff edges and plan ice-capped cabin adventures in the Canadian Rockies. His young family keeps Daniel on his toes and he combines this experience with his knowledge of the mortgage industry, to protect the pockets of those who seek his advice. Determined to be mortgage-free himself one day, he works hard to find practical solutions for people who need an affordable mortgage.

Matthew Thomas is a Mortgage and Protection Advisor at The Mortgage Hut, and takes pride in his responsibility of offering top-quality service to customers seeking assistance with their mortgage needs. He believes that supporting customers throughout their entire journey, from initial discussions about requirements, borrowing capacity, and costs to the day they receive their keys, is the key to a successful experience.


Prior to joining TMH, he served as a Mortgage Broker for Connells Group, gaining two years of valuable experience in the field, as well as a Branch Manager for NatWest bank for four years. One of his achievements at TMH is supporting police officers with their mortgage needs, helping to build partnerships and facilitating opportunities for them to achieve their homeownership goals.

Matthew enjoys spending time with his daughter and partner, Robyn, going on long walks, embarking on day trips, and following football and basketball, with West Bromwich Albion and the Miami Heat as his favourite teams, respectively. He holds CeMAP and CeRER certifications.

Ash’s job is to find the best specialist cover for homeowners taking out mortgages or insurance. Everyone is treated uniquely with Ash, who has a knack for making people feel comfortable and listened to from the outset. He gets to know the reasons behind why people take out insurance and uses his knowledge to source the right level of financial cover so that loved ones are left protected.

The ultimate goal for Ash is to live in an eco-friendly home with financial freedom!

Beckie is a fast learner with a mind like a sponge and a smile that lights up the room. She completed her apprenticeship in Business Administration and sought out a role as a Lead Manager but her ambitions and love for knowledge keep expanding as she immerses herself in the mortgage and protection industry.

Beckie is also a great planner and alleviates a lot of stress from our specialists so that they can focus on finding the best mortgages and giving the most accurate advice. Her experience so far has taught her that the bigger deposit, the better.

Andy is a dedicated Mortgage Administrator at The Mortgage Hut. His nearly four-decade career in the financial services industry, including positions at Barclays Bank and Lloyds, has provided him with invaluable experience for his current role. 


His responsibilities cover a wide range of administrative tasks, requiring coordination and communication with various stakeholders, advisers, clients, lenders, and solicitors. He is also involved in running and completing management reports. He takes pride in resolving complex issues and providing exceptional service, which often earn him positive feedback from clients. 

Beyond his professional endeavours, he enjoys a diverse range of interests, including geocaching, ornithology, and going to Bruce Springsteen's concerts.
He earned an A Level standard and a CeMap 1 qualification.

Alex is in charge of providing timely updates to advisors and clients to keep them informed about the progress of mortgage applications. He also maintains systems to keep them up-to-date and compliant.


Prior to his current role at The Mortgage Hut, he served as a Mortgage Advisor in another organisation, an experience that has influenced his dedication in his administrative duties at TMH.

Alex loves to hang out with friends and family and has a passion for building connections and making the most of life's adventures. He holds a CeMAP certification.

Nichola is a Mortgage and Protection Administrator at The Mortgage Hut, providing support for mortgage applications from inception through to offer.


She derives great satisfaction and pride from successfully securing mortgage offers for her clients, experiencing a profound sense of fulfilment each time she delivers the good news and witnesses their expressions of joy and relief.

Nichola finds fulfilment in running and participating in marathons, including the prestigious London Marathon in 2021. 

David began life in the industry as an estate agent and progressed through an array of specialist roles including Stockbroker, Financial Advisor, Mortgage Advisor and now, Post Offer Administrator.

Seeing happy homeowners gives David a real sense of joy and in his spare time, he and his wife train guide dogs for the blind. 

Ever the explorer, David dreams of adventure and looks forward to travelling to the next country or tropical island he stumbles across. 

Radka serves as a Lead Manager at The Mortgage Hut where she manages incoming leads through phone calls and emails, schedules client appointments, and handles advisors' calendars. She takes pride in handling different types of customers, even stepping out of her comfort zone when necessary. 


Outside of work, Radka enjoys reading, cooking, baking, and solving crossword puzzles. She's a proud mom of two and recently completed a BsC (Hons) in Psychology, a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, a Diploma of Higher Education in Psychology, and an OCR Level 2 NVQ for IT Users. 

Shona is proud of the sense of teamwork and support she provides to advisors and clients at The Mortgage Hut. 


Her previous administrative roles in Scottish Amicable and Lloyd Vine Insurance Brokers prepared her for her current role at TMH where she is responsible for liaising with solicitors to obtain critical information concerning clients' mortgage offers. 

Outside of work, Shona enjoys a variety of activities, including tennis, golf, leisurely walks, and quality time with her family.

Shona holds five O levels and one higher level qualification, as well as a Certificate in Pensions and Life Assurance.
