The Mortgage Hut has been recognised for its outstanding customer service to its clients by the largest and longest running award scheme in the UK residential property industry.
The ESTAS sponsored by Zoopla determines the best estate agents, mortgage brokers and conveyancers in the UK through research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received. This year saw record entries making the competition the toughest yet and one of the biggest surveys in the UK property industry with 34,000 customers completing one of the online questionnaires.
The broker categories are sponsored by Mortgage Brain, one of the leading providers of technology to mortgage professionals in the UK, and will announce the winners along side TV property expert Phil Spencer on Friday 12th May. The 14th annual ESTAS ceremony is to be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel where 1,000 of the Uk's top property professionals will gather to see the winners announced. Spencer said "Any firm that enters The ESTAS has already sent a clear message that they are passionate about customer service so to make it on to the shortlist is a huge achievement in itself."
Simon Brown, founder of The ESTAS says "Our job is to highlight mortgage brokers who are providing exceptional levels of customer care through the moving process. At The ESTAS we believe the only way to judge the performance of a broker is to ask the clients who have experienced the whole service. It's often later in the process when a firm really shows their worth and at those times its their experience and professionalism that gets an application completed."
Mark Lofthouse, CEO of Mortgage Brain who sponsored the Mortgage Broker categories at the awards, said "We are delighted to sponsor this category at the ESTAS. We understand brokers are judges by their clients on the level of customer service they provide and these awards provide an ideal platform for brokers to show how good they are. We know our products are integral to the service brokers provide clients. We are very proud to sponsor something which will no doubt help brokers retain and build their customer base. I'd like to congratulate all the firms who make the shortlists."
Chris Schutrups, Managing Director at The Mortgage Hut, said "We're absolutely delighted to have made it on to this year's shortlist. We are passionate about the level of service we deliver to our clients and this proves all the hard work the team put in has paid off."
